The Capitol of the United States is a meeting place for the nation's legislature. It is located in Washington D.C at the Eastern end of the national mall. At the capitol Building the Senate and the House of Representatives come together to discuss and debate to craft the natin's laws.

Washington Monument

The Washington Mounument was built in honor of George Washington. it is made out of marble and 555 feet long.You can also buy ticket to go all the way up to the top to see the whole city.

White house

The first president George Washington had chose this site to build the white house. The site was chosen in 1791. Then 8 years later the house was still unfished yet Second persident John Adams moved into the unfished house He moved in in 1800. During the war the british set the original house on fire in 1814. Then after they had James Hoban to rebuild the house, and then in 1817 Pesident James moved in.
